AWANA

Awana helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.
​
As a ministry leader for over 60 years, Awana is making an impact. A national survey found Awana to be as important to our alumni's spiritual foundation as all other church activities combined. Among alumni who participated in our programs for at least six years, 92.7 percent still attend church at least weekly as adults!

Awana at Fellowship Bible Church runs from September to May each school year.
Youth Group
​
The teens meet on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, along with various times throughout the year for special events/excursions.
Sunday morning get-togethers, during the Sunday School hour, are designed for study and discussion that center around God's Word.
Wednesday evening provides a more relaxed atmosphere for sharing and encouraging each other to live a Christ-centered life in a post-modern world.
Women's Missionary Society

The ladies at FBC are committed to lifting up our missionaries & their ministries through prayer, gifts, and giving.
This year's (2018) theme is Love Covers All.
One verse is memorized per month to hide away God's Word in our hearts ... some of our folks will be sharing special verse(s) to encourage the entire congregation.
The ladies meet at different locations on the 2nd Monday of every month to share in a devotional and a time in prayer specifically for our missionaries & their ministries.
On the 3rd Sunday of the month, one of our missionaries & their ministries is highlighted and presented so that the FBC family can get to know each and every one of them.
Men's Prayer Breakfast

The men at FBC are committed to praying & sharing in each other's lives and the lives of our families ... there is no better way to accomplish that mission than over a meal.
​
On the 2nd Saturday of every month, there is food, fellowship, and fun. Periodically, the men will take the opportunity to work at the church after breakfast.
​
It is a great time to gather and to spur one another to live for Christ (Proverbs 27:17).
